This real estate development project is located in Luxembourg City (Limpertsberg).
It was purchased with authorization permits from the City of Luxembourg.
A demolition of the existing house was carried out with an anchoring system in order to preserve the original facade to be preserved.
Additional earthworks also took place.
This project has 3 units: 2 duplexes and 1 studio.
We decided to build a luxury residence because of the excellent location:
- Keff loudspeakers integrated into the ceilings and Hi-fi system controlled by Smartphone or Iphone application
- Premium quality tiles “Grade 1 – Pearl” 90×90
- Elevator with direct arrival in the apartments
- Tiled walk-in shower rooms
- Fully equipped Corian kitchens
- Bespoke furniture in all bedrooms and main living areas
- Murphy bed with built-in sofa in the studioa
- Automation
We called on an Interior Designer for the furnishings and decoration.
